SISTED generates two plots in Near-Real-Time (NRT).
A solar flare is detected during the on-going day if the red curve in Plot 1 exceeds 74 % (magenta horizontal line).
This detection can be considered reliable if the number of GPS rays available in the sunlit region is equal or higher than 100 (which can also be checked in Plot 2).
The time axis in these plots correspond to GPS time, which is 18 s ahead of UTC (year 2018).
Plots 1 and 2 are updated in this service once every 30 seconds.
